Our Customer satisfaction rate is consistently high, with more than 95% of our Customers returning for additional Orders. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise, and in such cases, we have a well-defined Refund Policy in place.
At the Company, we are committed to ensuring a transparent understanding of the financial relationship between our Experts and Customers when it comes to the Services we offer. As such, we hold ourselves responsible for delivering Products in a timely manner and in accordance with the Customer's specified Order requirements. If any of the Expert's obligations related to Order delivery are not met, the Customer is eligible for either a partial or full reimbursement, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

General

The Website serves solely as a platform and is never directly involved in any agreements or contracts formed between Experts and Customers. Additionally, the Company does not take part in the provision of any services or materials offered by the Experts. We do not assume any responsibility for overseeing or monitoring transactions conducted between Customers and Experts.
It's important to be aware that eligibility for refunds may differ depending on your country or region. In areas where consumer protection laws apply, your rights under these laws remain intact. If you wish to request a refund, please reach out to us for further assistance.
Our Refund Policy is designed to provide you with the opportunity to request a refund if the delivered Product does not align with the refund criteria specified in your Order. Because our Website offers services related to legitimate academic assistance, our utmost priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction.
To maintain transparency, it's essential to clarify the specific situations in which we can offer a refund. These include:

No Expert Assigned Yet

While this is an uncommon occurrence, it can occasionally happen. In such cases, a full 100% refund will be provided.

Late Cancellation

If you confirmed the Expert but later decided to cancel the Order, the refund amount can range from 100% to 70%. This range is designed to compensate for the efforts made by both the Company and the Expert in their endeavor to deliver the purchased Product and services. This policy applies when the paper has not yet been uploaded. If the work has already been completed, the case will be reviewed as a Disputed Claim, and the refund amount will be determined by our Quality Assurance department.

Late Delivery

The Company will provide an appropriate refund to compensate for late delivery, with the exact amount to be discussed with the Customer. However, if the late delivery is a result of the Customer's failure to provide necessary information for Order completion, no refund can be granted. Therefore, it is advisable to provide all task-related information, including additional sources, when initially placing the Order.
In cases where the Order is completed after the initial deadline has passed but the Customer still needs to use the work, a partial refund may be possible.

Disputed claims

If a Customer is dissatisfied and wishes to request a refund, the Quality Assurance Department will initiate an investigation to assess the claim. The approval or denial of the refund request will be determined based on the findings of this investigation. It is important to note that our primary goal is to ensure complete Customer satisfaction, and we are committed to treating Customers fairly while striving to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

Accidental Duplicate Order

To cancel an Order that was mistakenly placed, it's important to reach out to us promptly. You should clearly indicate that the Order is not required, and a full refund will be arranged. If we do not receive a cancellation request before an Expert has been assigned, the Order will be considered valid. In such cases, if you still wish to cancel the Order, one of the aforementioned scenarios will be applied.

Two invoices received

If you are mistakenly charged twice, it is essential that you promptly inform us, particularly if your Personal Balance has not been updated accordingly. Please provide us with both receipts so that we can effectively resolve the matter and issue a full refund for the excess charge. It's important to note that such occurrences are extremely rare, and a Customer cannot be billed for a single Order unless it was inadvertently paid for.

Content originality

If a claim regarding the originality of the Product is made, we require a comprehensive report from a reputable service that includes supporting evidence; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.
Please note that you are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
  • You used the Product for personal purposes or as a part of another Order on the Website. In that case, a minimum of 70% of the contract price should be released. However, the amount may be adjusted based on the investigation conducted by the QA Department.
  • A lower grade than what was expected is received. If you receive a lower grade than expected, it's important to understand that we do not guarantee high grades. Our Website serves as a learning platform that collaborates with Customers and educational Experts to enhance the Customer's educational levels. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund for claims related to a failed course or similar situations because the Expert's role is to assist the Customer in accordance with the Order's requirements. It remains the Customer's responsibility to complete educational tasks independently.
  • The editing and proofreading Order did not meet your expectations. If the editing and proofreading Order does not meet your expectations, it's essential to provide clear requirements and expectations to the Experts regarding the Order to be delivered. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for contextual errors or issues related to the originality of content in materials provided by you to the Expert. Refunds are not granted if the Product delivery fails due to quality issues when it is an editing or proofreading Order. Additionally, any attempt to select editing/rewriting Orders as initial instructions and pressure Experts to create new content will be considered as malicious actions.
  • The refund period has passed. Refunds are only available within six months of the original transaction date and can be returned to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. If more than six months have passed since the transaction date, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.
We are not liable to you, and we are not obligated to provide a refund in the event of internet or other Service outages or failures caused by government authorities, third parties, or events beyond our control.

Processing of Refunds

Receiving a refund confirmation typically initiates the Company's refund processing within 3 business days. It's important to be aware that any Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, or potential delays due to bank service issues are beyond the Company's responsibility.
Please keep in mind that the timing of refund processing is contingent on the payment date for your Order, and there may be a higher likelihood of encountering issues in certain cases. Regrettably, the Company lacks control in these situations, as refunds are managed by independent payment card network processors, each with its own set of regulations. Consequently, the Company cannot address your refund in such circumstances.
Refunds are typically accessible within six months from the original transaction date. If the refund period has elapsed, you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method that was initially used.
Additionally, it's important to note that transferring a refund from one payment method to another (e.g., from one credit card to a different one with another company) is not feasible for the same reasons.

Chargeback

Chargebacks occur when you challenge a transaction with your issuer, and the issuer contacts us to reverse it.
If a chargeback occurs, you agree that we have the right to suspend access to your account. Any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes will be your responsibility.

Expired account

If you have not engaged with the Website for more than 180 (one hundred eighty) days following your last payment, your account will be deemed expired and will be deleted. This includes the removal of all personal data that the Company has processed.

Deletion of an account

You can initiate the account deletion process at any time by clicking the deactivate button in your account settings. Please note that there are no refunds for account deactivation.
Before your account is permanently deleted, there will be a 14-day period during which your account will appear as temporarily deactivated. This allows you the opportunity to decide if you wish to reactivate your account. If you have a balance remaining in your account during this 14-day period, please contact our Support Team to address it.
If we suspend or deactivate your account due to a violation of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any refund or exchange for any unused Services, content, data associated with your account, or any other related items.
Please be aware that account deletion is a permanent action. If you later decide to resume ordering from us or wish to use Products and Services that necessitate an account, you will need to create a new one.

Payment services

We utilize third-party payment services to invoice you through an online payment account instead of handling your credit/debit card details directly. Your paid balance remains secure in your account because we employ an integrated iframe for checkouts through our partner payment providers, and Experts are compensated for each confirmed Product. As a result, all transactions are safeguarded through encryption protection. Please note that we do not retain your payment information on our servers.

Data provided by you

You acknowledge and understand that the billing information, including your credit card details, which you furnish to make payments for Services via the Website, is exclusively processed by our partner payment providers. We do not gather, retain, or handle your billing information in any way.
Furthermore, you agree that the Company bears no responsibility for any lapses in the third-party's safeguarding of such information. The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our partner payment providers, in addition to this Refund Policy.
You recognize that we may modify our partner payment providers and may necessitate the transfer of your data to alternative service providers who employ secure socket layer technology (SSL) or equivalent security measures to encrypt your information.

Payments and taxes

Upon receipt of payment from the Customer, we will retain the payment until it is disbursed to the respective Expert upon completion of the ordered Product at the agreed-upon price. Both Customers and Experts will be responsible for any transaction fees associated with the use of our Website for service delivery and consumption.
Registering as a user on the Website is free. However, when making a payment for an Order, the Customer may incur an additional Service fee payable to the Company for using the Website. The Service fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the Order evaluation is 0% (zero percent).
Both parties are responsible for covering all fees and relevant taxes related to the use of Services through our Website. We impose a commission on Experts for the services we provide. Failure by the Expert to meet the necessary fee obligations constitutes a significant violation of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Payouts

Experts receive payment for each confirmed Product from a Customer, which is deposited into their platform account. Experts have the option to utilize our third-party payment services for secure transactions when requesting payouts.

Other

Payments processed through our Website are exclusively intended for the legitimate exchange of educational services between Customers and Experts. Any attempt to use these payments for fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities as defined by the law is strictly prohibited.

Authorship after a refund

If an Order is canceled, the Customer is not permitted to use any of the Products that were provided before the cancellation. As per our Terms and Conditions, we retain full authorship rights to the Products from the canceled Order, and you are not entitled to use them. Furthermore, these Products will be uploaded to repository services and marked as 100% non-original.

Changes to this Policy

We will publish any revisions or updates to this Policy on our Website and notify you of significant changes via email or on our Website. The latest version of this Policy will be available on the Website.
Typically, we will make an effort to provide you with advance notice before the new terms take effect. However, there may be situations where immediate changes are necessary, and in such cases, we will not provide prior notice.
